How do I return my online order
Purchases made on UNIQLO.com cannot be returned to store locations. They must be returned to our warehouse via mail.
Online purchase returns with UNIQLO Prepaid Shipping Label
We have two options for UNIQLO Prepaid Shipping Labels. These are the Easy Drop-Off and Ship with FedEx options.

Please note: $7 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs and alteration fees will not be refunded. You can track the status of your return here.

Returns on your Own
To return items by mail using a carrier of your choice, please log into our Returns Portal by clicking here.
1. Log In with your Order Number and Billing Zip Code.
2. Select Items you wish to return.
3. Select【Ship it Back】
4. Select【Use Carrier of Your Choice】
5. Print Packing List and repack items
6. Ship back the items through the carrier of your choice. *Please note: shipping costs and alteration fees will not be refunded.

In Store Purchase:
In store purchases cannot be mailed back to our warehouse.
If you would like to return an in-store purchase by mail to the UNIQLO Store location, please contact us here for a mail-in return form. You can choose your preferred carrier at your own cost when returning a store purchase by mail.
When do I receive my refund once the item is at your warehouse?
It can take the warehouse up to 14 business days to process your return once they receive the order. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. The funds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days, thereafter.

- Please remember when returning an online purchase the return policy is it must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Please be sure to include the return form to ensure timely processing.
- Please record your tracking number.

How can I make a return without an order number on the package?
When placing an order, you receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email containing the order number and the billing information entered for the order. Please use this as your invoice if you have not received a physical slip with your package and follow the normal return policy with your UNU (Uniqlo) number.
Additionally, if you have an account, you can also log into your account and check Order History from there for order detail information.
