Q. How do I return my online order?

HOW TO RETURN

COVID-19 Updates

Due to the previous select store closures, a 30-day return extension is applied to store purchases with a Return-By Date within the closure period; the new Return-By Date is 30 days from the date our stores re-opened.


Updates to Our Return Policy:
Changes to Uniqlo USA’s return policy will be effective October 26, 2020.
Updates include: 

•    Window for returning merchandise is now 30 days from date of purchase
•    Online purchases (including in-store pickup) must be returned to the warehouse by mail
•    Merchandise purchased in-stores must be returned to the same store of purchase
•    Exchanges will be accepted at any store location 
NOTE: Items purchased before the new policy takes effect on October 26, 2020, will be eligible for returns within 60 days of the original purchase date, in stores or online.

Returns with prepaid shipping label 

To return items using a prepaid label, please click here. Select "Use a Prepaid Shipping Label" on the final step, print the return packing list and shipping label, and repack the items (including all original tags). Please affix the printed prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any United States Postal Service or FedEx location, or include it with your outgoing USPS mail.

Please note: $7 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs and alteration fees will not be refunded. You can track the status of your return here.

Returns on your own 


At this time we only accept returns to our warehouse for merchandise purchased from UNIQLO.com. If you would like to return an in-store purchase by mail, please email customer service at wecare@mail.UNIQLO-usa.com for a mail-in return form. Please note you are responsible for shipping charges.
 

By mail using your own carrier 


To return items by mail using a carrier of your choice, please go to returns.narvar.com/uniqlo/returns. Select "Use the Carrier of Your Choice" on the final step, print a return packing slip, repack the items (including all original tags), and ship them back at your own expense. Please note: shipping costs and alteration fees will not be refunded.

When do I receive my refund once the item is at your warehouse?


It can take the warehouse up to 14 business days to process your return once they receive the order. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. The funds will be credited back to your original form of payment within 3 to 5 business days, thereafter. 

You may also check the status of your return on returns.narvar.com/uniqlo/returns if your return was set up through this portal.

Please note: 

  • Please remember when returning an online purchase the return policy is it must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
  • Please be sure to include the return form to ensure timely processing.
  • Please record your tracking number.
