How do I exchange an item that I purchased online?
At this time we are unable to facilitate exchanges via postal mail through our online warehouse. However, you may visit your nearest UNIQLO store (except stores in Hawaii) to arrange an exchange for items in your online order.
Items from online orders can only be exchanged in store for the same item in a different size/color.
When exchanging in store, please note that all merchandise must be in its original selling condition (unworn, unwashed) and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels.
If you are unable to visit a UNIQLO store to process an exchange, please return your items via postal mail to our warehouse for a refund and place a new order online for the desired size or color.
